ACRC is built for research that can travel — between languages, capitals, and disciplines.
Why we exist
Armenia and China already meet in trade, education, and diplomacy. They meet less often in sustained, independent research. ACRC exists to close that gap.
How we work
We publish in more than one language, host dialogue that is not a press conference, and keep a long memory of the questions that matter for Eurasian connectivity.
Understanding is not the same as agreement. It is the precondition for any cooperation that lasts.
